The marquis event of the festival, this year’s Chef & Shaker Challenge featured a dozen of our area’s most celebrated chefs sampling food and cocktail pairings in the Scottish Rite Temple ballroom. Dale DeGroff opened the evening with his show On The Town in the spectacular theater presented by Gentleman Jack whiskey. Guests voted for their favorite pairings and each winning chef gets $500 donated to their favorite local charity. 20% of ticket sales is donated to Cooking With Kids. And, a live auction raises money for the Helen David Relief Fund.
